Create AJAX voip service on Twilio API where user enters #, clicks button, and it connects 2 calls

DO NOT BID MORE THAN $400. You will be coding the FRONTEND and BACKEND of a page that uses Twilio's NODE.js and PHP API ([login to view URL]) to connect calls. It works like this: 1. A user enters the site via a special URL with subsubdomain and subdomain http://<referrer>.<cause>.[login to view URL] , where the <cause> sets the ID of the campaign, and the referrer is the name of the organization referring them. 2. They will see a page like the one attached. 2a- They will enter their contact info, 2b- It will be validated (correct email format, correct phone format for the country they select), and stored (along with IP and browser info) 2c- They will press a button to call the first target number. 2d- Using the Twilio API, the system will send their number and target number to Twilio's server. It will get back a response as to WHAT TIME the call will be connected (Example: "Your phone will ring right now, pick up and we'll connect you to <Target Name>.", "Due to high volume of supporters calling, we'll connect ring your phone in <23> seconds, pick up and we'll connect you to <Target Name>. Please keep your line open for this call." 2e- The page may have multiple buttons for 2c/2d, for different targets. 2f. The system will query Twilio via the Twilio API to get the length of the call, and it will store the call_status (connected, failed, completed), and the duration of that call. 2g. The bottom of the page will have buttons for them to share the cause on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn using the ShareThis plugin. 3. The backend will enable: 3a. The creation of users (levels: Superadmin (can create Cause Admin), Cause Admin (can create Affiliate Reporter), Affiliate Reporter). Each can be linked to multiple Causes and Affiliates, so use their email address as username. 3b. The creation of causes (these are the pages: they include the "WHY", "WHAT", title, subtitle, supported-by, About the Cause, and About the Organization sections, as shown). 3c. The creation of targets (these are the offices/individuals the users can call, such as "The White House", they include title, number, email, postal code, country, open_time, and close time.) If a target is closed, the button to call them says "[Closed. Open between 9am and 5pm EST]" and you cannot click it. 3c. The create of affiliates (these are orgs / individuals that refer people to the page). 4. A page to view, filter, and export to CSV the calls per Campaign (filter by: Caller Name, Email, Postal Code, Target Number, Call Status, DateTimeRange of call, Duration of call in seconds, cost of call (per Twilio's pricing)). 4b. The same page but to view/filter/export the calls per Affiliate per Campaign 4c. A same page but to view the calls per referral link per Affiliate or per Campaign (this is an additional variable $ref that any user can add to subdivide their groups)
