I would like to build a intuitive online web based website which allows me to simplify my numeric calculation of my profit & loss report indicating the company's weekly winnings and losses against derivatives bet and equities portfolio management report. There are multiple accounts( stakeholders) within a subsidiary. Total there might be 10 companies' profit and loss account. There are 5 shareholders in the company and they are allowed to view the online report via the website. The website must allow the authorized administrator to do data entry of numeric figures to generate profit & loss statement. Example would be shown in the attached excel file. There must be a drop down option besides the data entry to select formulas to perform currency conversion and profit or commission rebate to stakeholder and the output figure would be the rightful winnings or losses against the stakeholder. The website should be able to generate a simple balance sheet reflecting the shareholders' cash owing to or by the company. The balance sheet should show the accounts receivables owe to the company and the cash balance within the company's and cash at hand. Stakeholders can also login to the website to view their account balance. Only shareholders of the group can view the overall report of all the companies' profit and loss and the balance sheet.
