Adapt upload PHP Script_2

I have a PHP script already to upload files to a site. The user can upload their files and name the folder where their files will be stored. (important) I need to script adapted so that the user cannot see any other users folders or files, at the moment they can see everything uploade by everyone. Also I need to remove to option to name a file, they should only have the option name the folder (already exists) Shouldn't take much work as the script is done. Lowest bidder wins. thanks
