Add Custom field to Mantis Bug Tracker

We have a standard setup of Mantis Bug Tracker and we need a secondary Status field that will show up in the 'view issues', 'report issue view' and on the actual issue page (view issue details). In the View Issues section we need this secondary Status - called Status 2 - to appear right next to the default Status field.

In the Report Issue view we need the Status2 field for each newly added issue to have a default status of "assigned to manager".

In the View Issue Details section we need the Status2 to appear next to the default Status button. Status 2 will act as a button and will have a drop down menu with the following items:

assigned

job posted

worker hired

working

ready to test

ready to stage

ready for final testing

ready for production

in production

Status 2 will be similar to the 'Change status to:" button and will have a drop down menu and a Save button that will update its status.

Before the developer will start working we need a complete backup of the files and database from our test server. The backup should be saved outside the public_html folder.
