We have an imformational poker portal and would like to expand by adding access to relevant Usenet newsgroups. We are seeking someone to create/implement a newsgroup (NNTP) server and “import” newsgroup thread history from 1998 from public files. We would like entire history of newsgroup to be searchable by date, subject, body and additional calendar navigation that would allow someone to see threads that started in a particular day or month.

I am a web developer with more than five years of experience and lots of tricks in the bag. Please contact me for further details and samples of my work. Why don't get a Ph.D. into it if you can pay him the same that any newcomer would charge you? That's is exactly what i am offering you.
