Add Payment Option for Credit Cards to Allow Store Owner to Receive (Order # + Credit Card #) Safely Using Encryption

Hello, I think the title says it all. But I'll repeat it anyway: Project: “Add Payment Option for Credit Cards to Allow Store Owner to Receive (Order # + Credit Card #) Safely Using Encryption.” I would like to add a credit card payment option that would allow me to receive an encrypted attachment with my emailed copy of the order. Note: I plan to use the original credit card payment option later when the number of orders can justify the monthly cost of a Payment Gateway. And for that reason I don't want the current Credit Card payment option changed for this project. I’ll just disable it until the time comes that I use a traditional Payment Gateway. Now also keep in mind, there may be a better and even safer way of achieving the same outcome but that I'm just not aware of. So, if you know of something better, I’d be glad to hear it.
