Add a photo gallery to an existing website

I have an existing website which which I would like to add a new tab for displaying a photo gallery and captions.
Ideally show each photo at roughly 200 pixels wide (About 3 to a row) with a caption below each photo. Clicking on the photo would open it into a larger view. (Basically thumbnail view and a full-size view)
There will probably be 12 - 20 pictures to display initially. I'm thinking I would then update them manually, but if you have an inexpensive option for doing an admin feature to upload and manage the content, I would consider that too!
