Adding on self-editing elements to existing site - SLC

I have an existing restaurant website and my client can use text editors to update their lunch and dinner specials (using FCK now). We would like to add on multiple text editors for other pages of the site so my client can update those areas too. For example, the About Us page has a main content area and a sidebar. We would like to add on 2 text editors within the admin area so they can update these 2 areas. Here's the breakdown of what we'd like to add: Simple admin area with links to all admin sections for updates. About Us - 2 text editors. Breakfast menu - 1 text editor. Lunch menu - 1 text editor. Dinner menu - 1 text editor. Contact page - 1 text editor. We would like to add on these dynamic elements for other pages: Press page: be able to add unlimited press items. Each press item will include 1 graphic (each should be dynamically resized to a specified width upon upload), 1 text editor and all press items should be able to be sorted using arrows so client can define the order. Graphics will be optional. Links page: be able to add unlimited items. Each link item will include 1 graphic (each should be dynamically resized to a specified width upon upload), an input field for for the URL, and all link items should be able to be sorted using arrows so client can define the order.
