Auto Responder For Script

I am testing this offline with a store. What I am doing is using an affiliate program a little different in that we are running a promotion in stores that sales associates will be writing their affiliate ID on a postcard so customers can go home logon and get a price break (Using a coupon Via AEC – Joomla) but track the Affiliate to credit him for a sale if they signup. 1. I want to have a small data base that we manually add the affiliate’s ID into 2. The customer goes to a webpage (I will create one) and there will be a place to submit their email and the affiliate ID 3. The program then checks against the affiliate database to see if it is an active ID 4. Send them an email with the Coupon code in it as well as the tracking code with the affiliates ID in it 5. The click the link and the tracking starts That said I Basically need. 1. An auto responder type script to kick out the email to the customer 2. Small database made so we can manually add the affiliate’s ID unless we can check it from the JAM affiliate script? 3. A way to check against the affiliate database via ID when the customer submits their info. 4. A way for use to create an email template so we can insert a coupon code for them and the tracking link 5.
