CRE Loaded Stock Update and report

Stock Update script required I want a script that will enable me to add incoming stock and show this in an audit trail of stock movements in a separate stock reporting script. I also need to be able to deduct stock for such things like damaged stock or stock correction after a stock take. The update script will Allow me to add supplier stock when it arrives Allow me to deduct stock Allow me to type in a reason in a comments box Date stamp the change I will need to be able to add this to a group for group access to the script in group admin The reporting script will Show a screen with all products and quantities in stock allow viewing of historic stock changes for each product by clicking on a product It should show actual sales as they occured, changes made manually in each month and balance after each sale or stock example Product A DATE------------------QTY---------BALANCE---------COMMENT 24th July 2007...............-1...........103........1 item moved to damaged stock 23rd july 2007...............-1...........104...........SALES 21st July 2007...............50...........105...........Goods received from supplier 1st July 2007...............-2...........55...........SALES 1st July 2007...............57...........57...........Initial Stock This will need to start from a certain date where we can put in an initial value and enable me to do this for new products that are added All work will be done on a test server and I will need a script to create tables on the live server that are needed, and need to know what updates to make to any files on the live server.
