CReloaded /oscommerce minor bug fixes

he we have an installed verison of Creloaded with one or two problems, please see screenshots attached.

Basically

Metatag for indidual products is not working

Box heaing shows on bottom left and should be removed.

Shipping wieght not working we want to charge 1KG for 1 unit of currency ,so for example 60KGS would be 60 units of currency.

We would also like an index page so search engine bots can search us easily.
