California Health Insurnace

I am looking to hire an uploader. The project will be helping us design a website to help customers shop for health ins in the state of california. If all goes well i have many other sites that I will need help with after this one. I am also interested in hiring a team of people not an individual. I only have 20 dollars in my account as of now but will have additional funds transferred from paypal in 3 days. I can pay 20 upfront and the rest when it clears my bank account.
