Chatroom modification/development

I am running a chatroom [url removed, login to view] based on Voodo chat free script ([url removed, login to view]) The original developers don't seem to be very active recently, but I do need some modifications done to the script. To put it in a few words I would like to have a system of points that users gain by staying in the chatroom and other input and levels (advanced user, moderator, admin with different privileges. Please, ask questions and I will give additional information.
