CubeCart 4 website duplication

Our business is located in Australia and our online store uses CubeCart 4. While most of our sales are in Australia we have been gaining an increasing number from the USA. To increase our sales into the USA we are planning on operating a separate mailout centre for our products there. To do this we want to retain our current url and website look, but will need to have two separate databases because stock levels and types will be different in our Australian site from our USA site, along with pricing etc. Our problem is that in order for this to work we will need to duplicate our webstore to a subfolder that operates independently to the webstore in the root directory. It is not simply a matter of copying and pasting the website into a sub directory because the sub directory site still accesses and uses the main database. The succesful freelancer will: Create a duplicate of our current website in a subdirectory. The subdirectory website ([login to view URL]) will then operate independently from the root directory website by accessing all of the database files in the new sub-website. My customers should be able to visit my website and if from the USA or Canada, be redirected to the sub-folder website. They will view a product listing that is similar to the main website but with different pricing and some different products. My workers should be able to access the backend of the new subfolder site and only view information in the new sub site not the main site. The successful Freelancer will explain to me how they intend to complete this task and pass on references and urls of other sites where they have achieved similar outcomes.
