Data Entry - Entering Products on OS Commerce site

We have 333 products we need entered into our OS Commerce site.
We have a spreadsheet from which you will need to work and images for the small image as well as the larger product images will need to be saved from a website and uploaded.
You will also need to enter attributes. The products have a limited number of color 4-8 and a few have two sizes (S/M & L/XL).
If the budget is too low please bid and indicate so and we will provide a deposit up front and then full payment upon completion.
