adding links to oscommerce in bulk to product info pages

ok, I have an oscommerce store with 15,000 products in, I have decided that I need two things. If you look at the attatched table I have a cell called description. this has a html table within in. Just after the word Specs I would like a new row inserted saying product name - then after this the product title inserted. Then: At the bottom of the product info page I would like to add some links. This could be added to the end of the description field in the table. an example would be click here for accesories for the [product name] click here for more products like the [product name] I would only like the click here part to be a link the rest would be text. I need the ability to have the option of having no links or a max of 3 per product category. The way i see it can be done is by doing it in bulk. An example of the query required is something like this: where cat(category) = "cable" then [addlink] saying "for other products similar to [product title] go to [url]. So I need to have something where I can write which product category i want to add links to and where the link will take them. I have limited experience with programming of any kind so I don't know if this is possible or how hard it is. I am on a very tight budget so hoping this would be simple enough for someone.
