decode/dezend and edit php files

Hello, I need to dezend/decode the following PHP documents and modify one of them which will give the ability to my autosurf program members to AUTOSUF without having to login every time! ([login to view URL]) For example: (What I want) Members should be able to start AUTOSURFING by a SINGLE click ([login to view URL]). Currently they have to login first.. I am looking for a PHP professional who will remove the login requirement from the autosurf BAR. The files are encoded, so you will need to dezend them first. I need to have this work done ASAP.
