I am a Certified LabVIEW Architect with extensive experience interfacing LabVIEW with Allen Bradley PLCs. If you can specify the Tags you want read along with any Digital or I/O data that is a project tha can be done with LabVIEW. My approach would be to National Instruments Enhanced Industrial IP toolkit to set up an Ethernet I/P based polling system that would constantly update your specified data.
