calendar template

hello

I need templates for

two format of wall calendar (14x35 and 30x40)

two types of table calendar (triangle and two faces)

I'd like to have nice template well organized between image (whatever) and month.

IMPORTANT is so much important to leave graphically a space where to add different personalization. (logos)

it's ok to receive the psd with layers

or whatever software you want to use, we can say if it's ok:

illustrator?

indesign?
