Crop background out of product shots

We need somebody to crop the background out of pictures for products on our website. We take all of our own photography on white or black background. We need you to crop the background out and send it to me in a .psd file so that I can resize it and finish working on it in Adobe Photoshop Elements. We want no background at all. We have about 30 photos ready to be cropped now and have more on the way. We are looking for somebody to do this for us on an ongoing basis. We are looking to pay on a picture by picture basis. I would want the background taken out and sent back to me in a .psd file. we have done everything on the site so far, but are just looking to speed things up now.
