Developing Innovative icons

Need to develop png and Flash/Silverlight icons. Prefer to work with one Designer that is an expert who can do all? tasks.

Must send sample of work? of static and Flash icons of work to win bid.

1. Application icons in one larger size.

2. Other small icons in atleast 1-3 different sizes. Map be anywhere from 2-50 icons.

3. Five Animated Flash or Silverlight designs for background. Not full blown animation, but some level of animation. See example below, if the fish was moving slightly or wagging its tail to present some kind of animation.

Prefer individual quotes for each task so depnding on quantities, the appropriate amount can be calculated.

Content/Text to be inserted in images will be communicated after review of sample of work.
