build home page

The current homepage of [[login to view URL]][1] needs to be re-done.? People come to the main page - but they don't click through to the character education material - which is a must! Whoever is going to build the home page is going to have to have the strong ability to **draw**, **create**,? and do **graphic design**. They are also going to have to have the ability to come up with something creative and different. I don't want to do a basic cookie cutter homepage or template type deal. What I want is something with a cartoonie" feeling but incorporating the message/content elements from the current homepage - as well as including the college promotion concept. I also want built into the home page a? place for the person to contact us and a place to be directed to making an order. And, like the current homepage, it? must clearly link both sides of the site - the flash college content and the character education [[login to view URL]][2] part of the site. ? I'd like it to have a nickelodeon, disney, sponegbob type feel to it. And it would need to include a couple of the radio characters. Which means they'd have to likely re-draw the characters to work within the design of the page. I've attached one of the? main characters - Achiever? McBeaver. I can e-mail several more pictures. Also, the new page **MUST** remain SEO friendly keeping keywords and current quotes from users.? And the designer will need to consult with my SEO person to make sure that the formatting of the new page continues to meet his requirements or internet searches. The site needs to be something different. Something fun, inviting, welcoming, and kid feeling. ?
