Direct Mail Letter Redesign - 2 Pages

I am looking for a redesign of our direct mail - house mailng. I have included the current 2 page mailer that is front and back, separated into two files - pdf's. We are also re-designing our logo, but I have included our current logo which will be fine for now. I am looking for a new design but NOT trendy or overly modern. Our donors and supporters are vastly of an older demographic and would like to have a more sophisticated yet humble feel to our letter, rather than modern or trendy feel. I would also like to have pictures inserted into the mailer, stock photos are fine for now and the actual pictures can be substituted upon approval of design.
Specs:
All copy of the current letter should be used in the new design.
I would like a full color version, black and white version, and a one color blue version.
Mailers are printed on 7x10 paper size.
We use Microsoft Publisher to manage our letters and would like to continue to use this to make future changes.
