Art designers needed for a 2D PC adventure game.

Greetings, art freelancers! For those who are interested in working on video games, I am representing a PC game development team, and we are in need for 2D artists to work with. Project: Development of an old school 2D point-and-click adventure video game for PC (style of the Monkey Island series). Work outline: We need artists to participate in the design of backgrounds and game characters. We will design the main outline and perspective of all backgrounds, and the duty of the Designer is to sculpt and polish out aesthetic details. For instance, we will mark the level of horizon and draw all background components very roughly. The Designer (you) needs to create the aesthetic designs of those objects, to detail them, and to ready them up for the inking artist. We have classified the complexity of the game's backgrounds into 3 levels, ranging from 1 (simplest) to 3 (most complicated). Please refer to the files below for samples of Level 1 as well as 3. Expect to work roughly on 10-20 backgrounds of all kinds once you are accepted for the project. We may however go above or below this range. Please bid low because we can always raise your bid, while an invert requires contacting support. Read project's Clarification Board for more information. The deadline for this project is 2 months. If we finish the project and publish our game, the participating artist(s) will be credited with their real name(s) in the game's commercial release, which is a fine achievement to add your resume.
