Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Rock Star

We are a small design firm looking for a rockstar to help out with product renderings. We will be looking at a number of freelancers to find the right fit to help with future projects. We will provide the following for the project: A footwear concept sketch, illustrator proportions, material callouts and a sample rendering. What we will need is the concept sketch translated into a illustrator file and the illustrator file rendered in Photoshop.
