We're looking for a chibi artist to make 200x200 pixel chibi characters based off of our concept work. The characters must be in a 3/4 view, and based off of our concept work. The chibi character will be animated by our animator. We're looking for a cell-shaded, thick stroke weight style that is professional, doesn't look like a baby, and overall is something you would pay for to have in a game as the main characters.
