create roating logo from existing illustrator file for website

I have a logo its a circle with a logo on it I want the logo to rotate from front to back in a loop with a slight pause each time it returns to the front of the logo. (Like a spinning coin) but much slower than that- I want the background to be clear like a psd so the logo can rotate in front of an image. I have attached a large format illustrator eps of the logo to help you make up your mind.... I dont need any shadows from the object. just a simple clean rotating logo with no background....
