Company A5 Brochure

COMPANY A5 BROCHURE/BOOKLET We are looking to create a A5 brochure/booklet for our business. We have our website up and would like to continue that look and feel. Design need to be simply and clean and not to cluttered. We want the best elements of our website, not all the information. We still need some additional information for our customers to discover once they visit our website. The brochure will be handed to potential customers so it need to have a WOW factor. The brochure would be printed on A4 and cut in half to make to A5 sheets and binding would be on the left hand side with wire binding so allow for 10mm comb binding. We would the brochure to be printed front and back and with 14 pages. It must include a front and back cover in the design. We would like the final Photoshop files and a PDF version so that we can print in house so be mindful that that will always be a white end around the page, so include this into the design so it has not look obvious.?
