Add blog articles & make some blog setup tasks

Hi, I need someone to assist me with five blogs: - add one page text to each blog (different texts for each blog) - add & enable a few plugins - make some easy clean-up (delete default? pages,? posts & blog roll, add custom permlink and some more fine-tuning task) -? search for? free themes? mathing the topics and add it to each blog - add a Clickbank image and custom url in the sidebar (or similar, depending on which theme that is choosed) Additional: if you are handy with graphics and could create? "cheap" custom headers + add a proper bg-color - that is even better. I have a standard theme to use then. Anyone?
