Alter some PSD files

I have a couple of files that have been designed as templates for me, but i don't have photoshop so that i can edit them.
1. With 'footer banner' i need the middle section of writing to be replaced with
FOLLOW US ON FACEBOOK
for offers and promotions
2. With the 'Handmade header' file, i need the image changing, to any of the numbered images that i include. Maybe even give me a couple of options. i think you'll have to crop the new image so that its the same size as the original one.

should be pretty simple i think?
