Animate illustrated figures

Seeking an visual artist to turn a illustrated poster into a 5 second animated video. The animation video will then be use as the lead in (or opener) to a lecture series. This is a small project that will require you to animate static figures (7 people in total) to shuffle along a desert track. It will also require you to animate the event title words within the 5 second timeframe. The tasks will require you to use Photoshop or After Effects. Showing examples of previous work would be an advantage.
