Clone the logo as shown in image file into editable PSD and other formats

I have a sketch of a logo in a flat JPEG image file. I need someone to take this up and produce this in editable format. I would need the results in PSD and other editable image formats - which I should be able to edit further in tools like Photoshop, Microsoft Picture It etc. This is a simple job, creative work has already been done by a designer. Its mere translating them into digital format giving me editable. Its an urgent job. See attached file - this shows what I need.
