Creation of PSD file which will later be turned into a WordPress theme

Hi I require a photoshop document designing for my website. This is going to be turned into a Wordpress theme by another coder once complete ## Deliverables Hi Thanks for looking at my project. I own a contrustion/health and safety training company. We teach people to drive excavators (digegrs), dumpers, fork lift trucks (pretty much anything you see on a construction site). I am rebuilding my website at the minute and have decided to go for a WordPress theme site. I want a PSD file creating which will be later be turned into a WordPress theme by another coder. If you are unfamiliar with WordPress, it is a database driven website which can be easily edited by a non/html/literate user. You can buy themes but obviously they arent going to look good for my business. please look at these examples which I love. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] everything you see on them pages are editable. from my control panel i would be able to edit PAGES to say MENU, RECENT POSTS to say LATEST COURSES etc etc my website will include the following sections MENU (approx 15 sub pages) UPCOMING COURSES (approx 5 sub pages) LATEST NEWS (approx 4 news stories) AFFILIATES (approx 7) I dont know if the above information is relevant as the WordPress designer does it in such a way where you can have 2 or 50 sub pages and it doesnt matter. I want my site to be based around the construction industry. i will get as many pictures together as possible. I have attached a few example pictures which may be able to be used (including my company logo). I can also buy photos from [login to view URL] I would prefer to include my logo but if this is not possible, it doesnt matter. I want it to look as professional as the first example above.
