use an actual sign rider pic

On the google adwords,

I would loose the color stuff bullets on the top left, I don't think they get it.
Show a sample search bar with "Cape Cod Real Estate" then a page with a mock up. Tie an arrow, pointer from the adword to the SLW sample.
I like the slw sample with pointers in the 'take control' piece. Tilt the explanations to talk up not what the 'agent gets' but what the 'buyer receives"
Make sure it obvious that the outake is a "web page" include the address bar with the domain name. Point that out. Again, they don't know what the hell we are talking about. Is it a flyer? an ad?
Eg: replace "Customizable header!...." with something like "Easy identification. Buyers can concisely identify your sellers listing with this fully customized site header describing its address and directions to the property"
"Call, click, or email, your readily accessible and identifyable as the 'real' marketing agent of the listing."
"What they need to know, all they need to know to decide its time to step inside"
On that note, buyers want to see 'everything' about the listing. No address hiding, no details, see what you can pull in from the detail portion too.
Scrolling photos. Don't say it, show it, Use some mockup to show that multiple pics are there.
Virtual tour. "Free Virtual tour included". Show one as best we can make it look different.
Navigation. "Every thing you want to describe, beyond mls data, can easily be added with a do-it-yourself web site editor that lets you add unlimited pages hosting video, sound, links, comparable stats and more, plus incentives such as the federal home buyer credit"
Maps. Don't say it, describe it. Show an out take. "Its easy for interested buyers to find your listing with interactive maps from Bing(r) Microsofts latest directions tool.
Shalane, if you feel that the layout needs more than a page, or legal length, don't hesitate. Paper is cheap.
