Project is to design a 3-d model of engine cylinder with inlet and exhaust valves and 3 different types of pistons . PISTON-1= NORMAL(FLAT HEAD) PISTON-2=CENTER BOWL OF FLAT HEAD PISTON 3= INCLINED OFFSET PISTON and CYLINDER WITH INLET AND EXHAUST PORTS. GEOMETRY DETAILS: BORE: 87.5 MM STROKE: 110 MM CONNECTING ROD LENGTH:232 MM INLET VALVE DIAMETER:33.5 MM INLET VALVE SEAT ANGLE: 30 DEGREES INTAKE MANIFOLD DIAMETER: 28.5 MM RATED SPEED: 1500 RPM VALVE OFFSET FROM CYLINDER CENTER: 10 MAXIMUM INTAKE VALVE LIFT:7.5 MM VALVE EVENTS: IVO: 4.5 DEGREES BEFORE TDC IVC: 35 DEGREES AFTER BDC EVO: 35 DEGREES BEFORE BDC EVC: 4.5 DEGREES AFTER TDC Th above given details shall be modeled using solid works.

Hi, I would happy to generate this 3D model of an engine cylinder with SolidWorks 2014. I can generate overal shapes that would make sense for maching and machining over cast parts; however cannot have a fully castable & machinable design with geometrical tolerancing. 2D would also be provided if required.
