spreadsheet that formulates a substances by calculating the amount of each ingredients based on predefined constraints of parameters delivered by each ingredient. Example: protein, ash and moisture as the target parameters. flour, salt, water, yeast as the selected ingredients. formula should deliver a protein level between 5 and 6 and ash between 1 and 1.2 and moisture between 15 and 20%. other constraints are: water cannot exceed 60% relative to flour, salt cannot exceed 2.75% relative to flour etc. spreadsheet should be able to handle up to 30 ingredients and for each ingredient up to 30 parameters. ingredient constraints should be able to relate to each other, to the total weight and to a percentage of a specific parameter relative to the sum of that parameter delivered from all ingredients.
