Design a new over-the-door frame mount

I am looking to get a professional design of some exercise equipment similar to a door frame pull-up bar that can mount a climbing hangboard similar to the device shown on [login to view URL], but with a design that doesn't require any assembly, folds flat for shipping and can be unfolded and used out of the box. I'd also like the design to be different to get around any patent issues while still holding the weight of a person hanging off the board. This project will require 3D design experience, force diagrams, experience in different materials (likely to be some sort of steel but I'm open to other suggestions) and some creativity for improvement on design and minimizing cost of production.
