Android Application Timebook Take Over Devolpment

I currently have an android application on the market. The original programmer has become busy with another project and unable to provide updates which I am planning. I am looking for someone to take over and continue moving the application forward. The program name is "Droid Tally" There is a demo and a pro version which are the same in function the demo has a time limit, The changes are going to be added to the pro version only. I have all the source code from the previous coder. Here is a summary of the changes and enhancements I am looking for. A couple of fields added, some enhancements to a couple of current fields, some UI tweaks, a printable report generation based on a specific date range or all records.(Upload it to gmail documents perhaps) An ability to backup and restore data remotely, maybe via their gmail account or something currently the device backs up data only on the SD card which is fine till you lose the phone or something.
