Android Medical App(repost)

I need an android app to interface with hospital systems. The application should be intended to be used both in tablet (android v3.0) as in cellphones (android > v2.1). The project will be divided in five phases and this is the first one. We are looking for someone reliable that wants a long time partnership. For the first phase, will not be necessary to communicate with other device to obtain the data (waves and parameters).
