Create update for iphone app

Hi,

We've created an app that is effectively a timesheet tool for Doctors. It generates simple shift reports witha summary of patients visited and the individual reasons.

There was a bug where patients entered in a shift were being deleted and the reason for visitng changed.

We think this has been fixed so really just need someone to have a look at the code and also update the HTML formatting in the two reports that are generated by the app.

we'd also like you to upload the update for the app using our login.
