Configure permissions within JIRA

This will be a simple job for someone with experience of JIRA. Anticipate 1-2 hours. I need someone with experience of configuring JIRA to: - Create a permission scheme for a client that only has access to a particular project JIRA, Confluence and AGILE board. - talk me through how the above is setup. - Configure and share agile boards within projects across all users of the projects. - test the various permissions. - setup 4 Total projects using the above.
