Looking for an Accountant/CFO/Quickbook Data Entry Operator We are a Los Angeles-Based Japanese company who sell party goods and sexy lingerie/costumes online. CEO is looking for a Accountant/CFO/Quickbook Data Entry Operator who can help her keep track of all the invoices and who is interested in our industry and Japanese market. The main job is *keep record of all the invoices that comes in every week using Google Doc and Quickbooks Online. *keep track of discrepancy between invoices and packing list and ask for refund/credit if necessary -Must be witty and creative -Must like entertainment industry such as musical,modeling and show biz -Must be really excellent at "get it" (this is critical) -Strong communication skills (this is critical) -Must be online most of the time. -We prefer you call yourself "a geek" If you like to make a difference in online costume industry and like Japanese culture such as cosplay , this company is for you.
