Convert Python Script to C#

I am looking for someone to convert a python script (approximately 200 lines) to a C# Class. I will provide a C# project to get you started as well as sample files and programs to check your work. My sample project will also include all the code you need to deal with the Python imports. This project will deal with some registry values and binary data. You should be very comfortable with hex. As an example, you will need to read bytes at a certain offset which are stored in DOS date time and convert. Basically parsing a set of binary data for values. The class will need to be reusable, and I will provide a very simple GUI (listbox) to display the results. Please provide me with specific samples where you have done this type of work, generic submissions will not be considered.
