Configure a scalable architecture using AWS

I want to host a car dealer website needed to be hosted on Amazon web services. It has got a huge database and static files (photos and videos) that needs scaling and a proper content delivery system. These are the details i need to host. -> A CDN -> Large collection of photos and videos. -> Sharded Mysql and MongoDB -> A load balanced Web server. The freelancer is expected to configure a scalable architecture built on top of AWS. The project is long term and the selected freelancer may also join us for 6 months for further work. The selection will be based upon the overview of the configuration uploaded as DOC file on image for illustration. The configuration must be optimum and also be scalable and should meet the demands of a high traffic scalable website.
