Django base code needed - users and other objects

Hello - I am looking for someone to build a base set for me to work with that uses Django.
I need users to login, and have additional profile attributes. There are 2 types of users: lessors and lessees both of which have a ManyToMany relationship to Properties. Lessors should be able to create properties and lessees should be able to see properties. I'm looking for all templates to be basically unstyled and very plain but functional.
I will be taking this and building on top of it, I know Django a bit and will look to have all re-creation steps outlined and it must be compatable with Django 1.2.3.
I think this is a very simple request, but if the budget is too low let me know.
