Autoresponder API Integration

I want to be able to unsubscribe users from getresponse using their API.

A file with email addresses will exist on the server and it will continuously update. The program will grab an email from the file and connect to getresponse API and unsubscribe the address from any and all lists and remove the email from the file on the server.. The name of all lists for the getresponse account can be stored if needed.

The API integration shouldn't be done in php, I would probably prefer python or something better than php, that won't time out. We can discuss. The front-end form submission option 1 can be php.

The success and cost of developing this project with result in me giving you additional projects for the overall larger project of handling subscribe/unsubscribe of multiple autoresponders.
