BBC Iplayer Enigma2 Standalone Plugin -- 2

I would like a standalone BBC iPLayer plugin created for Enigma2 (OE2.0) similar to the one available for KodiDirect. This plugin must also support smartDNS for Geo blocking. I will supply the smart DNS server details. The person awarded must be proficient in Enigma2 and ideally have past work to show as an example, speak reasonable English and be able to discuss this project verbally via Skype or similar and understand that no money will be paid until completion of the project.
