Basic python script to check argument against file

The script needs to be able to: * Input a room number via argument (preferably optparse) and validate it * Input a date (preferably optparse) and validate it The script then needs to open the [login to view URL] file and find a match with the room number entered. When a match is found, open the coursefiles file and find a point where the room and day from the two files match. When this match happens, print out the path and file from the coursefiles line. Each line is composed of the date, room number, course number and course day. * The date is in dd-mm-yy format. * The computer room number will be L1, L2, L3 L4 or L5. * The course number will be found in the file [login to view URL] and the course day will be a number from 1 to 14. * [login to view URL] is text file containing course number, day number, file path and filename.
