Hi, My name is Tudor and since I was 11 until I finished high-school I would participate in school Computer Science competitions where we would have to solve problems with the concepts you listed and a few others. I won prizes at a National level (Romania) several times. Back then I was working in C, but now I am much older and I have used Python extensively in my career. Hey there, It seems that you need someone with a good knowledge of python and algorithm. Since you haven't stated what the spec of the project is I just went on a limb and asked for tree days. Since knowing all the algorithms is literally impossible you want someone who has a very good experience and who is eager to look and search into things.
