Scientific Software - Sag deflection and bending analysis

I need someone to make a program that will determine the bending and deflection of a cylindrical section under its own weight.
The inputs are:
- length of section
- outer diameter of section
- inner diameter of section
- density of section
- inclination of section
Developer must have solid engineering or physics background.
PLEASE NOTE - Only bid if you have a strong mathematical background and fully understand the problem. This will cover non linear deflections so it is not trivial to solve.

i can not help you in detail programming.. but i can help in algoryhtm and formulas. Your problem can be solved using 2 different methods... depends on its diameter to length ratio. It can acts like a beam or a cable.
